We welcome feedback on our services especially from our service users, whether the feedback is a complaint, a compliment, or a suggestion for doing things better. All complaints are taken seriously. There is a complaints procedure for service users, and staff will support service users to use this whenever necessary. If a service user feels that we have not dealt with their complaint properly, they have the right to complain to ‘CQC’, the Care Quality Commission. Easy read and pictorial information about how to do this is explained to the service users and located at their properties.
