Janet Buckingham and Debbie Watkins

Founders and Directors
Jan and Debbie founded the company in 2002, when a residential home they both worked at called Oak Park closed down. Janet Buckingham and Debbie Watkins who worked as managers at Oak Park, decided to continue supporting their existing service users in the local area. They teamed up a with a local landlord in order to ensure quality housing and support was in place.

Katie Mockridge RNA

Company director
Katie supports Gary and Kirsty in their managerial roles, and plays a key role in strategic and financial decision making.

Gary Bowld MSc

Registered Manager
Gary has a Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Psychology and has completed the Registered Managers Award.
Gary is jointly responsible for the running of the organisation and is also a trained NVQ assessor as well as holding a level 3 certificate in education and training. Gary is also part of our supervision team

Kirsty Poole

Registered Manager
Kirsty is jointly responsible for the running of the organisation. Kirsty manages and delivers staff training, and has an level 3 certificate in education and training. Kirsty has NVQ level 5 in health and social care, and level 3 in business administration. Kirsty has a level 4 in business. Kirsty is also part of our supervision team.

Lynn Morris

House Co-ordinator
Lynn is one of two house co-ordinator’s and has 2 NVQs, a level 4 in health and social care, and a level 3 in employee and business management.
Lynn`s responsibilities include directly overseeing support workers as well overseeing the service user’s financial procedures.
All transactions made by Service users with staff support are checked by Lynn and the audit trail is transparent.
Lynn’s role also includes the smooth running of the houses and is part of the supervision team.

Leah Statham

House co-ordinator
Leah has NVQ 3 in health and Social Care. Leah is part of the Step by Step emergency on-call system and also plays a role in the organisation and delivery of support to Step by Step service users. She also delivers staff training.
Leah oversees the running of two of our houses and ensures high standards of care delivery. She is also part of our supervision team.

Aaron Konetsky

House co-ordinator
Aaron has NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care and is working on level 4. Aaron is part of the Step by Step emergency on-call system.
He plays a key part in the organisation and delivery of support for Step by Step service users, and the running of their homes. He also delivers staff training and has completed Pttls level 3 in teaching.
Aaron oversees the running of one of several houses and is part of the supervision team.

Lindsey Mockridge

Team Leader
Lindsey is working towards NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. Lindsey is part of the Step by Step emergency on-call system.
She plays a key part in the organisation and delivery of support for Step by Step service users, and the running of their homes.
Lindsey oversees the running of one of our houses and is part of the supervision team.

Tadhg Graham–Ahearne

Team Leader
Tadhg is a team leader, and is responsible for the running of one of our houses. He has his nvq 3.
He plays a key part in the organisation and delivery of support for Step by Step service users, and the running of their homes. He both delivers support and ensures that organisational tasks are completed and that the other support workers and keyworker’s are completing their duties. He is also a key worker himself.

Jodie Coombes

Team Leader
Jodie is now a team leader. Jodie has her nvq 3, and is responsible for the smooth running of one on our houses. She both delivers support and ensures that organisational tasks are completed and that the other support workers and keyworker’s are completing their duties. She is also a key worker herself.
She is part of the on call system and the supervision team.

Lauren Castle

Team leader
Lauren is now a team leader. Lauren has her nvq 3, and is responsible for the smooth running of one of our houses. She delivers support herself, ensures organisation tasks in the house are competed, and that the other support workers and keyworkers are completing their duties. She is also a keyworker herself.
She is part of the on-call system and the supervision team.
